Raw materials are sourced from our approved supplier network, each accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Every incoming batch is verified before production begins.
Production runs in our ISO- and GMP-certified facility under controlled conditions, with in-process control (IPC) checks at each stage. Detergent, cosmetics and fragrance lines operate in separate, dedicated zones to prevent cross-contamination.
Every production lot undergoes physical, chemical and — where required — microbiological testing. We prepare the complete regulatory file: CoA, SDS/MSDS, PIF for cosmetics, ÜTS notification for Turkey, and destination-market filings (CPNP, DIP, or GOST as applicable).

The site is equipped with high-capacity mixing and filling lines, automated labelling systems and a qualified control laboratory. Every production batch begins with incoming CoA verification and ends with a full lot release test before shipment.
Traceability is built into every order: batch records, IPC logs and final analytical reports are retained and provided on request. For buyers conducting supplier audits or onboarding Heni into a procurement system, full facility documentation — floor plans, equipment lists, calibration certificates — is available upon NDA signature.
